This is probably the most important code as it is the ability to stick to your goals or commitments whether you feel like it or not.
E.g. Today I feel a little tired, but I am still going to training.
To put in 100% into whatever task or exercise that you are currently working on.
E.g. I tried my very best today to pass my assessment.
The actions we take on a daily basis to be physically and mentally healthy.
E.g. Today I took a walk around the block after dinner and went to bed at a 10pm time to make sure that I slept for 8 hours.
To concetrate and put your maximum effort into one task and not allow yourself to become distracted.
E.g. In order to complete my work today without any distractions, I placed my mobile phone in a different room.
